Returns

At Gopimer Electronics Industries Pvt Ltd, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return eligible items under the conditions below:

• Return Window: Within 7 days of delivery.

• Return Eligibility:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

  • All accessories/manuals must be included.

  • Only manufacturing defects are covered.

• Return Shipping Cost: Free for defective or incorrect items. Otherwise, buyer pays return shipping.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellations

• You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.

• Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the return policy.
