Return Policy
We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 3-days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

After return period is over – no complaints & return requests will be entertained about product whatsoever. You can connect with product manufacturer for further support in that matter if so, is provided by them.
For products covered by Brand Warranty, please contact our company for any return/replacement/refund queries or issues.
Delivery
www.gopimer.com / company provides an estimated delivery date for standard or express delivery as suggested by courier partners. We are not responsible for any delay delivery and no refund of shipping charges will be provided in any case.
Buyer should track the shipment on respective courier websites regular basis for delivery updates. Any claims for non-receipt of the packages will not be entertained after 24 hours of shipment package marked as Delivered by courier companies on their database / website.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Delivery time estimates are as below:
Standard Delivery : 4-10 days (approx)
Express Delivery : 2-5 Days (Approx)
Goods are delivered as per these approx time duration.
Exchanges
Item is not exchanged if the correct product shipped.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. For not approved cases, product will be shipped back to buyer at buyer’s cost.

Order Cancellation
Request for order cancellation will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order and before shipment is started. However, no cancellation will be approved after the process of shipping the products.
www.gopimer.com / Company reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where www.gopimer.com / Gopimer Electronics Industries Pvt Ltd is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with www.gopimer.com / Company policy or for any other reason. However, www.gopimer.com / Company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund, will be made in reasonable time.
Warranty / Service Terms and Period
For products covered under brand warranty, terms and condition along with warranty coverage available on their respective website – buyer should refer them for details.
Buyer should contact company Directly or its authorized service partner for any warranty and service-related claim.
Limitation of Liability:
www.gopimer.com / company aggregate liability for all the claims under this Quote / ProForma Invoice, regardless of form of claim, shall not exceed the total consideration under this Quote / ProForma Invoice.
www.gopimer.com / company shall not be liable for any indirect, special , punitive, exemplary, speculative or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, any loss of use, loss of data, business interruption, and loss of income or profits, irrespective of whether it had an advance notice of the possibility of any such damages.
Buyer agree to indemnify Seller and hold it harmless from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses (including without limitation reasonable legal fees and expenses) incurred by the Seller to any extent.
